What we collect

To fulfill an order, we collect your first name, email, styling preferences, consent choices and the photos you choose to upload. Stripe processes payments; we do not receive full card details. We keep order IDs, payment state and amounts for operations and payment records.

How the report is made

Photos and styling preferences are sent to OpenAI’s API for AI analysis, image editing to generate an after-styling illustration, and automated consistency checks. We do not send your name or email as fields in that analysis request. Do not put unrelated sensitive information in the free-text fields. OpenAI’s own processing and retention rules apply; disabling response storage is not a claim of zero provider retention. Operators may inspect your submitted material to review, correct or support your report.

Storage and access

Our application encrypts photos, report files, preferences and delivery-link content at rest. A private link and order cookie control access. Anyone with your private link can access that order, so do not share it publicly. Sending and keeping an email or downloaded PDF creates copies outside our application that we cannot remotely revoke.

Retention and deletion

Unpaid draft content is removed after two days. For completed reports, source photo files are removed seven days after completion; the report, including its before portrait, generated after and comparison close-ups, remains available for thirty days. An order without usable photos for fourteen days is queued for a refund. Other order content expires thirty days after order creation unless the completed-report access period extends it. You can delete content sooner on your order page. Minimal payment and operational records remain as needed for accounting, disputes and legal obligations. Encrypted infrastructure backups can retain previously deleted files until the operator’s backup rotation expires; restored copies must have deletion records reapplied.

Email and advertising

Cloudflare Email Service sends service emails, including private order links. Delivery events may report mail-server delivery, failures or complaints; we do not use email opens as proof that a person read the report. Optional Meta measurement runs only on public pages after consent. Photos, styling preferences and report text are not sent to Meta. Essential first-party cookies support private access and page assignment; limited campaign parameters support aggregate testing. We do not sell customer photos or reuse them as advertisements without separate permission.

Your choices

Recover access, request a refund, ask the included clarification or delete content from the private order page. Advertising measurement can be declined without preventing purchase. Global Privacy Control disables optional measurement. Contact info@mauve.heyrava.com about privacy requests.
