The questions worth asking.
What exactly do I receive?
One personal styling report: three priorities, six feature sections with before/after close-ups, an everyday routine, a salon brief and a first-week plan. A section can recommend keeping something unchanged. Includes one clarification, not ongoing coaching.
Does it include a before and after?
Yes. Your original photo appears beside an AI-generated styling preview. Six matched close-ups explain the hair and makeup changes. The after is a digital illustration, not proof of a physical result or a guarantee. Your facial features and stated preferences guide the edit.
How is this different from a free AI prompt?
You pay for the structured intake, visual report, prioritized instructions, convenient delivery and included clarification. The sample shows the format. We do not claim that a paid report is automatically better than every free alternative.
What photo do I need?
A recent, unfiltered, front-facing photo in even daylight, with hair and features visible. Use a photo of yourself only. JPEG, PNG and WebP are accepted. If it is not usable, we will ask for a retake rather than invent detail.
Will there be another charge?
This is one purchase, not a subscription. Hair guidance is included. Corrections to errors in the advertised deliverable are not an upsell.
Can I ask about my report?
Yes. Send the included clarification from your private order page. You can also contact support about a missed preference, an unsuitable recommendation or a refund.
What happens to my photos?
Photos and report files are encrypted in our application storage. The selected AI provider processes photos to produce the report. Source photo files are removed seven days after completion; the report and its included images remain accessible for thirty days. You can delete your content earlier from your order page. Provider retention and backup details are explained in our privacy notice.
